NSS is the special cell of Government Arts and science college, Peravurani for taking social activities. By the NSS we are creating the sense of social responsibility in the minds of students towards society. Our NSS unit has two units of 200 volunteers.
All degree students are eligible to enroll as volunteers and involve in all activities. It is Compulsory that he / she must complete at least 120 hrs. per year on different programmes and a special residential camp of 07 days.
Volunteer completing of regular social work in the consecutive years and completing a social residential camp of 07 days will be issued a certificate from the NSS cell.
